Terms of Use

These terms describe the intended rules for using Check My Well and its property-report, buyer-report and contractor-matching features.

Last updated: August 19, 2026.

Informational service only

Check My Well summarizes public well records and related general information for convenience and due diligence. The service is not a well inspection, engineering opinion, hydrogeological assessment, legal opinion, title search, laboratory water test, drilling quote or guarantee.

Public-record limitations

Public records may contain approximate locations, missing or incorrect fields, legacy terminology, duplicate records and records for wells that are no longer active. A nearby mapped record does not prove that a well belongs to the searched property. Verify material facts against original records and qualified professionals.

No groundwater or performance guarantee

Nearby records do not guarantee groundwater availability, exact drilling depth, yield, water quality, construction, condition, legal compliance or future drilling results at a specific property.

Buyer reports

A paid buyer report is a digital summary generated from the property check and available public-record context at the time of purchase. Report contents can change as public data and source access change. Payment confirmation is required before the downloadable report is unlocked. Duplicate charges or technical fulfillment failures should be handled in accordance with applicable law and the production refund process.

Contractor matching

Check My Well may connect homeowners with independent contractors. Check My Well does not employ, direct, warrant or guarantee contractors or their work. Users are responsible for verifying licensing or registration where applicable, insurance, references, scope, price, permits and suitability before hiring. Contractor partners may pay Check My Well for access to qualified requests.

Professional accounts and founding access

Contractor applications may be approved, rejected or suspended at Check My Well's discretion for marketplace quality and safety. Realtor Pro is currently a founding-access program and is not accepting subscription payments until the advertised account features are live.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems in a manner that disrupts service, submit false lead information, impersonate another person or business, or use private contractor information for unrelated solicitation.

Third-party services

Maps, geocoding, public datasets, payment processing and other functions may rely on third-party services. Availability and accuracy can be affected by those providers and are not guaranteed.

Changes and availability

Features, coverage, pricing and data sources may change. Check My Well may modify, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops, subject to obligations for already completed paid transactions and applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Check My Well is provided on an as-available basis and should not be the sole basis for a property, drilling, water-quality or contractor decision. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

These launch terms are a practical product draft and should be reviewed for the final operating entity and jurisdiction before public release.
